CONFERENCES AT THE HAMILTON CLUB

The Hamilton Club is situated next to the Waikato River providing an excellent environment for your conference. We have several rooms of varying sizes that are suitable for break out rooms as well a large Main room that will seat up 120 people.

All rooms are set up according to your requirements with fresh tablecloths, iced filtered water and mints.

Needless to say, catering is integral to the success of your conference. Our Conference Menu is included on the site. We always cater to special dietary needs and if you have other catering requirements we are happy to accommodate them.

WEDDINGS AT THE HAMILTON CLUB

We have recently opened the Club for weddings and have been delighted with the feedback we have had. Couples, their guests and families are really pleased with the food, the venue and the way their occasion has flowed.

This is your wedding and we want it to be perfect!

The Hamilton Club faces the river and looks out over trees and grassed areas. It is a beautiful spot. Inside we have two areas that work well together - the first (the Bar area) is ideal for guests to gather and the second serves as the reception area.

We have a range of menus we offer. These are suggestions only and can be altered to suit your tastes and budget.

We have a wine supplier who will source excellent quality wines and champagne as well as non-alcoholic beverages for very reasonable prices. The Bar will be open and we can either run a tab or a cash bar.

The Main Room seats up to 120 guests and we will set it up exactly the way you want it. We supply the table linen, candelabras and table settings and will add your seating plans and table decorations as part of the service.
